OsiBakes was born out of my passion for baking and recipe developing

Hello and welcome to OsiBakes! I’m Lase and I've been whipping up delicious treats for almost a decade now and for the last six years, I've specialised in recipe developing.

My goal is to make baking easy and accessible for everyone. That's why I create simple, easy-to-follow recipes that are perfect for all occasions. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting out, I aim to help you elevate your baking and cake decorating to the next level of deliciousness.

Using organic, fairtrade, and low-intervention ingredients is important to me because I believe that the bakes we eat should not just be indulgent and delicious but also high quality (where affordable) and good for the planet.

When it comes to my personal baking style, I love to create fun twists on established classics. I'm obsessed with brown sugar cakes, brown butter, nuts, and experimenting with new flavour profiles. So, if you're looking for something a little bit different, you've come to the right place!
