All our cookie dough is chilled for a minimum of 20 hours before it is frozen to allow the ingredients have more time to meld together. This allows the dough to rest and develop in flavour, resulting in a more complex taste profile and a chewier, gooey-er cookie!

We’ve spent years creating and refining our signature flavours to create cake mixes that are both unique and delicious.
