STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Please store cookie dough in the freezer.

Do not defrost, always bake from frozen.

The product will remain fresh in the freezer for 4 months from purchase date.

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 175℃/ 160 Fan/ Gas Mark 4*

  2. Line your oven tray with baking paper and place your cookie dough puck(s) at least 2 inches apart

  3. Place the tray on the middle rack of the oven and bake for 10-11 minutes until edges have just set (hardened) and middle is still a little soft (if you like your cookies extra gooey, then bake for 10)

  4. Fresh out the oven, sprinkle over the sea salt, add as little or as much as you like!

  5. Leave to cool for at least 10 minutes to allow the cookie set but if you want a piping hot, super gooey cookie feel free to dig in after 3 mins!

*EVERY OVEN IS DIFFERENT SO PLEASE ADJUST ACCORDINGLY
